Prices for services are clearly communicated in advance, either on our website or at the time of booking.
Payment is due as agreed at the time of appointment or service delivery.
All prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.

5. Patient Responsibility

To ensure the best possible service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your hearing, health history, and any relevant medical conditions.
You agree to follow professional advice given during or after your appointment.

Clear Hearing NI cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the patient.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable care in delivering our services, Clear Hearing NI shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided, except where required by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
